Do I pay to build a BoQ by hand?+

No. The manual BoQ editor is free and unlimited on every plan, including Free. Credits are only used when you upload a drawing and let Finorly generate the structure from it.

What exactly costs a credit?+

Generating a BoQ from one file. PDF is 3–6 credits, DWG/DXF is 5–9, depending on size, entity count, layers, and XREFs. A ZIP counts each file inside separately. Editing, exporting, and the manual editor are free.

What if I run out mid-month?+

Paid users can top up from €0.59–€0.75 per credit, or upgrade plans. Free users need to upgrade before buying top-ups. There's no locked-out workspace; existing BoQs stay editable.

Do credits expire?+

Subscription credits roll over up to the cap for your plan (1–3 months). Top-up credits expire after 6 months. The system spends the soonest-expiring credits first.

Can I add teammates?+

Pro includes 3 seats. Business includes 5 and allows extra seats at €12/user/month. Free and Starter are single-user. Workspace credits are pooled — any seat draws from the same balance.

How accurate is the estimated cost?+

The rough estimate is shown before AI processing and is based on the actual file. After AI runs, the exact pending charge is shown before export and deducted once when you confirm export.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. Cancel mid-month and your plan stays active until the period ends. After that, you drop to the Free tier. Your manual BoQs and past exports remain accessible forever.

Why credits instead of a flat subscription?+

Most QSs don't run drawings every day. Credits let a quiet month cost less, and a busy month cost what it should — without buying a seat-based licence you won't use.
